RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns 

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Socialyte Boutique offers returns in the form of store credit ONLY. Returns must meet the following guidelines to be accepted. You will receive the store credit via email. You can use the store credit to purchase items from our website or in store.

 

Return requirements:

  • All merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt
  • Merchandise must be unworn, with tags and original receipt 
  • All sale items are final sale  
  • All accessories are final sale 
  • All bodysuits, swimsuits or intimates are final sale and may not be returned 
  • We do not refund shipping costs, your store credit will be less those expenses
  • Shipping the return items will be at customer’s expense. We do not provide return labels

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are done provided we have the size you need in stock 
  • Exchanges are only available for the exact piece(s) you are returning 

 

Order changes/cancellations 

Unfortunately, order changes or cancellations are not accepted.
